Over 1 million Samsung NC10′s sold

Samsung released the NC10 back in October of 2008. The company has announced that it has officially sold over a million NC10′s.
This is a big step for Samsung since the NC10 was their first entry into the netbook market.
One of the features that set the NC10 apart from the other netbooks was it’s keyboard. The Samsung NC10 has one of the best keyboards on a netbook still to date.
Samsung has also announced a new version of the NC10 that will have the option of WiMAX. This NC10 will be a bit more pricy, which will probably turn some people away.

Since the NC10 Samsung has gone on to release the N110, Nc20, and N120 models recently.
HP Pavilion dv2 Netbook Deal

The HP Pavilion dv2 has been getting lots of attention. It has so may features that is blurs the line between netbook and traditional laptop. Every time I review the specs, I drool.
HP recently ran a promotion where they cut the price by $75. Many people snapped one up.

Falling Netbook Prices – 6/8/09

Today, we have two netbooks where the lowest price today is $5 or more less than yesterday’s lowest price.
BuyDig.com has cut their price on the Asus Eee PC 900HA 160G XP to $239.95. That is $10 less than yesterday’s lowest price.
The 904HA is a an 9″ netbook. Since 10″ models have become the standard, prices have been dropping on the older 9″ models. However, this is still a quality netbook.
If you are looking for a bargain, here is a good deal.

If you are looking for a deal on high-end netbook, then take a look at the HP 2140 Mini 160GB 3-Cell XP.

Eee PC 1008HA Unboxing Video

Immediately after I turned off the camera, Steve reverted to his more-animated normal self. He picked up the 1008HA, spun it around, viewing it from every angle and marveled, “This is awesome!’
Now, if I can only get him to project some of that excitement on screen…
Falling Netbook Prices – 6/5/09

This morning, we have several netbooks where the lowest price has dropped by $5.00 or more.
The first one on our list is a great bargain. One of the Amazon.com merchants have cut their price on the Pearl White model of the Asus Eee PC 900 16G XP to $249.99.

The final entry in today’s falling prices list is the MSI Wind U100 160G 3-Cell XP. Since MSI introduced the new U123, the prices on the older U100 models have been dropping.
A couple of the Amazon merchants are having a price war on the Black model. Yesterday, one of them cut their price to $299.99. Just before midnight, a different Amazon.com merchant responded by slashing their price to $295.99.
