In the middle price range, there are a lot of options. We like the MSI Wind U123 model with the 9-Cell battery best-of-all.

Compuvest is offering the HP Mini 1010NR for less than $250. HP’s Mini is a very reliable netbook. This model comes with a 16 GB Solid State Drive, so the amount of disk space is very limited.
