Over the past several weeks, we have been incrementally making design changes to the design of our site.

I realized last night that the site rendered fine on Firefox (which is what we use here); but the menus did not render properly for Internet Explorer users.

Please accept our apology.

As a result, we have uploaded a completely new masthead.  It’s a little unfinished, but everything works properly in Firefox and Internet Explorer.  We’ll check Safari and the rest of the browsers next.  We wanted to get this fix in ASAP.

We’ll make more improvements over Labor Day weekend.
